As a general rule, I love whipped cream. But the very best kind is homemade whipped cream. And my friend Naomi’s recipe is the best of the best.
Naomi is a fellow wife, mama, and rancher who blogs at The Circle L Ranch. I’m not even kidding when I say that her whipped cream is the best whipped cream I have ever consumed in all of my days. And she was kind enough to let me share it here, which is lucky for you because it makes the perfect addition to lots of things, including but not limited to Poor Woman’s lattes, hot chocolate, pumpkin pie, salted caramel brownie cake…
I could go on, but I think you get the idea – it’s good. Enjoy!

Description
The best whipped cream I have ever consumed in all of my days. Not even kidding.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a medium sized mixing bowl. Make sure that the bowl is clean and cool. I put my bowl in the freezer for a few minutes before adding the ingredients.
Beat on high until fluffy and soft peaks are formed. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
Serve immediately, or keep in a covered glass bowl and save for later.
