Half and Full Day Group Trainings
Ready to draw good movement?
In stockmanship (the art and science of handling cattle in a safe, effective, low-stress manner), we have this phrase . . . good movement draws good movement.
It’s this thing that happens when we ask a small group of cattle, maybe a cow, or a pair to move out in a certain direction and their movement draws the whole herd into moving in the same direction.
Good movement happens when we approach the cattle with a positive attitude, read and really listen to what they’re telling us, and communicate accordingly.
We don’t approach the aware, flighty cattle the same way we approach the tame, docile cattle. We adjust ourselves, our energy, and approach and communicate with each differently.
These self-adjustments help us effectively draw good movement from each, which then draws good movement from the herd.
The same is true for humans. It starts with us.

Meet the coach
I’m Terryn, but everybody calls me T, and you can too! I’m an Enneagram nerd turned coach. I ranch with my husband and kids in the Sandhills of Nebraska.
Since the first time I heard about the Enneagram in 2018, I’ve been studying, learning, taking in all the information I can, and using this tool for my own personal development.
The Enneagram is the single most effective personality typing system for individual personal development I’ve come across, ever. It facilitates self-awareness, helps improve understanding of and communication with others, and strengthens relationships.
I believe the benefits for individuals, small businesses, farms and ranches with employees, and multi-generational farming and ranching operations are truly infinite. Because of that, I use the tool of the Enneagram along with what we know about how God designed our brains and the RARE Leadership model to help others draw good movement from themselves and their teams.
What others are saying
“Terryn’s laid back and professional style put everyone at ease. Terryn is very knowledgeable about the Enneagram and is good at putting it into a context that resonates with her audience. I have seen an improvement in how we communicate and interact with one another on the ranch. Knowing the Enneagram type of the people I work with and how to communicate with each type has significantly improved my relationships and my ability to work together with my crew to accomplish our objectives.”
