I come to your farm, ranch, or small business and spend (at least) 3 hours with your team. We take a deep dive into the Enneagram, discovering each team member’s type and using that information to build on the team dynamic and draw good movement. Each team member takes home a hard-copy workbook and will receive a personalized follow-up.
