Last month (August 2019), I had a crazy idea to start a YouTube channel. Well, not start it because technically I’d already done that a while back, but start actually using the channel. As in, I’d start creating fresh videos and adding them to the channel. I’d start a vlog.
So, I talked it over with the fam and consulted my friend Mer, from This Farm Wife, who is a stellar YouTuber, and set September 7, 2019 as the date for the first video release.
September 7th came and the first video went up. But as I tend to do, I got my cart before my horse. I didn’t think this whole vlog thing through. And as a result, the first video was not a “welcome to the vlog, here’s who we are and here’s what you’ll see” video. Nope. It was a video with a few shenanigans and a bunch of moving cows.🤦♀️
I consulted with Mer and asked if I really need the welcome to the vlog video. She said that, yes – it would be a good idea to have one. So, here we are…
