As my trucker hat suggests, beef does in fact build beautiful bodies. Each of my three pregnancies were fueled by beef and now that Taggert is a full two weeks old, it is time to start getting my body back into shape. Yesterday, I signed myself up for, and started, the 30-Day Protein Challenge in order to help me do just that.
The 30-Day Protein Challenge is a step-by-step way to make sure I am making the most of every meal by getting the optimum amount of protein. This challenge will not only help me get back down to my fightin’ weight, but it will also help me ensure my little people are getting enough protein to help them grow physically and cognitively.
A big part of the 30-Day Protein Challenge is keeping a journal including what you ate and how it made you feel. I will be chronicling my 30-day protein quest here each week. If you would like to join me in the challenge and receive daily motivation, tips, tricks, recipes, and inspiration, click here!
Who’s with me?
Thanks for spreading the word about the Protein Challenge! You certainly don’t look like you need to lose weight but making sure you are getting enough protein is important. I hope you’ll write about your results.

I am excited for the challenge, already one day in and I am finding that I am not getting as much protein as I thought I was…
