It decided to get cold last week. And by cold, I mean freeze your face frigid. Thankfully, it only stuck around a few days, but we still had to be out in it moving cows and feeding calves.
This week’s vlog features me moving cows in sub-zero wind chills, caking calves (also in sub-zero wind chills), putting out mineral, and my commentary on it all plus a guest appearance from our geriatric horse and my geriatric KitchenAid mixer.
I also explain how the grape juice I drink during cold and flu season to keep the stomach bugs at bay failed me this past week. Ten and I were both struck down on Tuesday afternoon. Thankfully, like the cold weather, the bug didn’t stick around long either. But, I would be interested in hearing what you do to keep you and your family safe from sickness during this season.
