Pot Roasts. They’re convenient, easy, and cost effective. And I don’t know about you, but I usually have leftovers. Which is pretty awesome because, believe it or not, leftover roast is versatile.
There is SO much you can do with leftover roast. You can seriously make everything from pizza to soup, stuffed shells to sundaes. And to prove it to you, I have compiled a list of 15 different, tried and true recipes to help makeover that leftover roast.
