Buffalo Beef Wraps


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • 1 cup thinly sliced lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded carrot
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • Ranch dressing
  • Flour tortillas, or wrap of your choice


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef, break up into small pieces, and brown for about 10 minutes, or until the ground beef is no longer pink. Drain, or use paper towels, to rid the ground beef of excess fat. Add the buffalo wing sauce and stir until beef is coated.
  2. To assemble, spoon buffalo ground beef into a warmed tortilla or wrap, top with lettuce, shredded carrot, celery, drizzle with ranch dressing, wrap it up, and enjoy!
